Review: Affordable and safe parking. No one touches or parks your car. You do it yourself. And they have a bus service to take you to the airport and back. Its great.

Review: easy and smooth experience. most of the people leaving these bad reviews don’t understand how the shuttle works! the shuttle leaves every hour from 4am to 12am. when you want to come back, call the number on your reservation and the shuttle will be there at the designated spot downstairs! great to have my keys to my car and park it myself!

Review: The ride to the airport was perfect. After a month vacation I came back home via the Port. There was a misunderstanding about the pick up location when I call the office to have them pick me up. There was a misunderstanding because their services did not include pick up at the Port. Even so, Ron was very accommodating and suggested I take a taxi back to where my car was and he would send me a refund. He quickly refunded the amount I paid the taxi. My car was just as I left it. I will definitely use them again when I have the need to go to the airport.
