Review: Fantastic experience! I paid $40 for 5 days of parking, the cheapest anywhere I could find. When I arrived I called the number provided and was shuttled off to the airport within a few minutes. Both my drivers to and from the airport were excellent. I can’t wait to use this service again.

Review: Worse parking experience ever. The drivers were fine. The operator was very rude and nasty over the phone. We arrived to the lot which was pretty full so we couldn’t even park in the designated spots. We called the phone line to request a ride then operator said 15 mins then immediately hung. Time getting longer so we tried calling again every time we called the operator was rude and said they would be there and hang up the phone. We tried calling several times and he would say the same thing. Eventually he turned off the phone and we couldn’t even call anymore. By the time a driver arrived we had waited about 30 or 40 mins. My whole group missed our international flight because of this rude and horrible operator. I would never recommend anyone using this service.

Review: Worse experience ever. First, lot not easy to be found and almost sold out by the time we got there. The driver was nice but the operator was another nasty person. I called and waited 25 minutes as specified in the instructions. Then At that time the operator assured me the driver was on the way. After 45 minutes I called again and the guy told me I was not ready when I called at first (I absolutely was). On top of that he promptly told me to shut up and if I did not like it to call an Uber. I did called the Uber, and the driver called me an hour and ten minutes after I first called. My husband had to go to school and almost missed it. It was AWFUL!!!

Review: We was told to call 15 min before arrival. Which we did. It’s 8:28 & we are still waiting for this extremely rude and unprofessional driver. Don’t book with them unless you want to miss your flight. Also we still had to call an Uber driver because he never showed up.

Review: Absolutely terrible. They gave awful directions on what to do. Weren’t clear. None of them speak English and they hang up the phone quickly before you can even tell them where you are. I waited forever for the shuttle to the airport in that weird lot they have. Then they couldn’t find me at the airport because they couldn’t understand me and weren’t listening and I couldn’t understand them. I ended up having to Uber back to the lot which eliminates the savings aspect. Please do not use. Park at the airport it’ll end up being the same.
