Review: I am incredibly dissatisfied with the services provided at FLL park safe. Our reservation was from Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 4:30 AM to Monday, August 6, 2018, 6:15 pm.Our vehicle was returned with cosmetic and structural damage to the rear driver side just above the wheelwell and rear bumper. It appears as though our car was struck by a white vehicle or they ran the car into a cement pole while our car was under their care. The employees made no attempt to inform us of the damage prior to us leaving the lot. When we saw the damaged and inquired how to properly report the incident, the only instruction was to email the owner with photos of the damage. We did so immediately and received no notice of receiving our claim. We called for status updates on numerous occasions and were offered no advice other than to “wait” due to the owner being “a busy man”. It took three days to receive an initial response that they were reviewing the footage to determine who drove our vehicle and where it was parked. We were informed that they would be back to us that evening with the results (Thursday, August 9, 2018). We have already sent several communications requesting their insurance providers information or to provide us with the footage of our car. We shared two competitive quotes illustrating the damage and estimated cost to repair it. We have also explained that we would gladly bring the car to a body shop they recommend if they wish to get another estimate of the damage.I truly hope that this matter is resolved but as it stands it has now been a full month with no resolution in sight. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone and highly advise looking at their competitors.In the event they do the right thing and rectify this matter I will gladly update this review.

Review: We had a nightmare flight due to cancelled flights (back and forth multiple times) and the FLL staff is always very friendly and very helpful on the trips to and from the airport. The service was fast and very reasonably priced.We got our car washed and when we were picked up from the airport, we arrived at the office location and the car was just waiting for us and perfectly clean. We would recommend them to anyone and will always use them in the future.We cannot give enough awesome comments about their service.

Review: The service was excellent. I signed up online as suggested by Madison. When I arrived everything was just as it should be and they were no surprises. I didn’t wait very long for the shuttle to the cruise ship and it was the same when I arrived back to Fort Lauderdale. My car was waiting for me out front and there was no damage. Every employee I came in contact with was professional and had a smile. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

Review: The staff was very friendly and very easy to talk to on the trips to and from the airport. The service was speedy and very reasonably priced. I opted to have my car washed and when I was picked up from the airport, we arrived at the Park Safe location and my car was just being dried off! Definitely hassle free. I’d recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

Review: I’ve left my car a few times with FLL Park Safe. Every time, it’s hassle-free. When I return, I typically don’t wait more than 10-15 minutes for their driver to pick me up. I just make sure to go where they say to meet. Ask them where they think you’ll meet when you return, because I always end up meeting them in departures and I’ve noticed that some of the negative reviews on here said they went to arrivals first.I recently had to change my travel plans and pushed my trip out a few weeks. Sal worked with me to ensure that my new dates were handled and there were no issues for me.The prices are much better than parking directly at FLL and I feel like this is much safer.I’ll be returning and doubt I’ll trust anyone else with my car when I leave town.
