Review: I was told because my flight came in at 152am the office would be closed. Also I was pro rated so I didn’t have to pay for a extra day which was considerate. They followed my instructions completely for me to pick up my truck after hours. I got a message from the driver saying that my truck is ready and he sent me a pic where my truck was. I told him my flight just landed and he said he will pick me up which was great. The gate was delayed by 30 minutes and by the time I got my luggage I thought the driver would have left but he waited. Took me to get my truck and I was off. I truly cannot say anything bad about my experience with this company. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly . I will definitely use them again.

Review: I have consistently been impressed with their service. On one occasion, I encountered a minor issue, but after discussing it with the amazing Adam, I was blown away by the prompt and professional resolution. Adam was incredibly cooperative, showcasing the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Their employees are always friendly and efficient, making the overall experience seamless and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Review: This is my go to place for leaving my car when I have to fly out of the Ft. Lauderdale airport. The staff is accommodating and friendly and the commute in their bus to the airport is like five minutes. Try them out, you’ll probably like their service too.

Review: Gold Coast Car Rental & Parking is the absolute BEST! I have been using their services for over 13 years now and they have always been consistent, reliable and professional throughout all these years, not to mention their hospitality and customer service is top notch along with their vehicle selections. The business is family owned and operated and you can tell, because they make you feel like family whenever you walk in the door. The three brothers Adam, Eric and Ryan are awesome and Carol at the front desk is simply amazing. The drivers are always so kind, too. Highly recommend Gold Coast for your car rental or airport parking needs whenever you’re visiting Fort Lauderdale!

Review: Don’t park here if you don’t want your car to be stuck in this lot. parked here for a couple days to fly from FLL airport. When we came back at 10 PM, (supposedly within their hours of operation), we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We called from numerous numbers and no luck. There was no voicemail setup and we live far (hence why we came to the airport with a car) so we ended up calling an Uber and accepted that our car got stuck here in this parking lot. About an hour after we started calling and right before our Uber arrived, someone called us back and picked us up. A nightmare hour at the airport.So if you want to risk getting back in an Uber, and pick your car up the next day, this can be the parking lot for you.
