Review: I use Miami park N fly every time I fly out of Miami airport. Decent rates.. always a good experience. My odometer reads the same as when I left, so I know my car was parked and not driven, which is comforting.I only took off 1 star because they have never given me my AAA discount, even though my member number is in file in my account, and I make my reservations ON THE PHONE.Whenever I ask why the discount wasn’t applied, they can’t tell me and never offer any refund for the amount.I wish they would get that worked out, because when I park there, its for over a week or two.. Still, I am a return customer and plan on using them in the future as well. Otherwise, I would recommend their service.

Review: Our family used this service for the first time for a family trip out of the country for a convention. They were professional, we loved the valet parking service, shuttles were quick both at drop off and pick up, and both times the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Had to extend our trips for two days and it was easy to extend on line. Car was ready at the drop off area when we arrived. I would give them a 10 out of 10 and definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Review: Whenever I fly out of Miami International Airport, I park my car at Park N’ Fly. Much better than parking at the airport. Located just outside the airport, your car is stored inside the facility. They move efficiently quick once you arrive. An airport shuttle bus is ready and you’re on the way. When you return, the bus picks you up at the departure gates and your car is waiting once you arrive. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great logistics experience and affordable.

Review: I love the valet service and the excellent customer service of the staff. What I don’t love is the change to the way the bus picks up and drops off at the facility. It used to be so seamless before it was taken over by The Parking Spot. Before, pickup and drop off was done on the same side as your car. Now it’s on the opposite side so you have to cross in front of, or behind the bus. It was so much better before, when you just got out of the bus right next to your car. Especially if you have a lot of bags. Plus, before the drop off and pickup were at two different spots. Now it’s at one spot, so sometimes the people waiting to get on are trying to get on before they have a chance to get out all of the bags from the people just getting off. I park here weekly, and I really like it, but this change is so backwards.
