Review: Parking enforcement seems to do a great job of enforcing the rules within the Island City. Although I regularly bike or walk the drive I often see their patrolling staff check within a business to see if if the violating car’s owner is available to correct the situation instead of just blindly posting a citation. Jean-Claude who runs the front office is actually very pleasant and helpful, something I am sure most people would not expect. #park #wiltonmanors #parking #browardcounty #flroida

Review: Meters constantly broken yet you get a ticket anyway. And when you go to their office they deny their meters are broken! Incorrectly programmed master meters that round up to the nearest dollar and don’t allow you to pay for parking for the morning if you put in extra money at night in case you don’t want to drive home drunk. This is common sense folks! Most of the time I see the golf cart parked somewhere with the driver chatting or texting. I guess this is what $11 an hour with no benefits get you. Another parking management company put in a bid to replace Lanier which would save the city $100k per year. Yet the city doesn’t seem to want to save taxpayer money. Kickbacks?

Review: I have to say that I had a very enjoyable and customer service oriented experience. I went for an employee parking permit and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was VERY impressed!

Review: The people who manage this lot are rude. The woman I had to deal with was this burly black woman who obviously hated men because she was in my face over nonsense.
