Review: It’s a scam. I entered a lot in South Beach, checked the price (which was ridiculous) and left. Now they think I’m going to pay their $90 fine. I tried to email them to dispute it and they never replied. If you read the fine print, they can’t do anything legally, so don’t pay these clowns a penny.

Review: If I could give 0 stars I would. No way to verify location as your paying on an app if you’re not from an area. If you finger mash one # they will send you a fee of $85 even though you already overpaid for the lot with the finger mash. Even though the date and time match up, the collections team can’t have a brain and understand that you had in fact paid. They will not waive the fee and threaten to send you to collections despite proof of payment for the EXACT date and time and being ONLY one number off on the parking lot number. That is the issue with using paybyphone app. Heartless.

Review: I have a friend who lives at 301 SW 1st Ave (Society Las Olas Fort Lauderdale) and I visited him on May 9, 2024 for 2 hours and 45 minutes, he registered my car as a guest and made the respective payment. Now I receive a letter from Professional Parking Management saying that I have a ticket for not having paid for this parking lot, they never notified him of anything, they did not put a ticket on my car, the photos are dark and blurry and until yesterday May 29 I receive a letter saying that I must pay $90. This company is fake, it tries to steal money from everyone, read the comments!!!!!!

Review: Did I knowingly fail to complete payment via the app for my thirty minute stay at their parking lot? Yes I did. I had very poor cellular service. Does this excuse me from paying to use their services? No it does not. Is $45 – $85 an outrageous fee to attempt to charge someone for an oversight? You be the judge, dear reader.Bonus points for offering the discounted rate of $45 for 15 days and then not mailing the notice until ten days later.

Review: I had a death in the family in Miami where I don’t live anymore so I rushed down that night to sit with family at my auntie apartment building to get information come back out to find a $55 ticket for parking 30 minutes and now I received another notice saying it’s now $90 for late fees. I tried to get an appeal but they declined it
