Review: I would like to share with you this terrible story for a lady who works for SP DRIVING A BLACK TOYOTA RAV 4 she’s I think Russian she’s very very uneducated and very rude her name dusta ! she’s taking from taxi drivers money and asking them to buy for her food and from a car service company as well. If you don’t abide to her wishes she will make you job a nightmare. She’s disturbing everyone at the taxi stand and she’s corrupted person. Please do something about this crazy lady she’s giving all drivers a hard time if we don’t give her money every night. She threatens us ! Where is justice !

Review: Unfortunately, every time a person asked a specific question, they would be belligerent and rude. One parking attendant told a very nice well dress older woman to walk the length of the airport, through the dirty parking garage alone to get to the opposite end, then she can start looking for her car there and work her way back!! She was so upset. My son walked over an told her he would help. It only rook a few minutes, he walked her to the rental car shuttle, as he recognized that is where she parked. And my son doesn’t work there! We are just decent to others as we should be.

Review: Just as instructed, I sent a text letting valet know my flight had landed and I would be there shortly to get my car. When I arrived at the podium, there was no attendant there. I walked around for a minute trying to find someone who could help me, when a girl laying on a bench suddenly woke up. I asked if she knew where I needed to go for valet pickup, and she asked if I had sent a text already. When I told her I had, she asked if I received a response. I said I hadn’t (didn’t know I was supposed to receive a response), and said it didn’t go through. Perhaps it could’ve been that she was too busy sleeping, I don’t know. I tried to be friendly with her as I was paying, but she had no time for that. She was very rude during the entire interaction. 20 minutes later, my car finally was dropped off. The only reason I’m giving more than one star is because the crew at drop off were extremely helpful.

Review: Waiting over 45 minutes for your vehicle is far from a service. They hold your car hostage. Shame on this disgraceful company. Great real managers and run a decent company

Review: Fast covid-19 PCR test Right outside of the parking on terminal 3 arrival floor. If your test expired on the 72h window they offer a Rapid-PCR. They say it takes about 45 minutes, but it took only 20 minutes and saved the trip. Please be advised this is more expensive than the prices on the board. They charged 179. Parking is good as always and you can use sunpass for fast payment.
